SyncSignature alternative: free forever, no signup
SyncSignature's headline feature is real: true API-based auto-deployment into Gmail and Outlook, not copy-paste. Its free plan is also genuinely usable. But it still requires signup to build a signature, and removing SyncSignature's own branding is a paid Solo-tier feature. EmailSignatured is anonymous to try and never carries our branding, even for free.

When SyncSignature is the better pick
SyncSignature's Team tier does real, working API auto-deployment into Gmail and Outlook today — an admin connects the directory once and every employee's signature is written in automatically, no copy-paste, no per-person install. If you need that right now for an IT-managed rollout, SyncSignature is the better pick today; it's a longer-term item on our own roadmap.
EmailSignatured beats SyncSignature on what's available at $0 right now: no signup to try the editor, and no branding to remove later since we never add it. Its clean, transparent per-seat pricing is worth crediting, but it's still per-seat — our team tiers are planned to stay flat and generous, the way SignatureHound proved works.
