Good to know

  • Proton's signature editor accepts rich paste, so formatting, links, and images come through when you paste your signature directly — no need to flatten it to plain text first.
  • Proton loads images through its own privacy-preserving proxy by default, so most people will see your logo automatically. If someone has turned off "Auto show remote images" under their Email privacy settings, though, they'll need to load it manually before it appears.
  • Proton Mail's iOS and Android apps have their own separate signature, set under the app's account settings — updating your signature here doesn't change what goes out from your phone.
