Sign in to Yahoo Mail and click the Settings icon (gear) in the top right.

Click "More settings" at the bottom of the panel.

Click "Writing email" in the left menu.

Turn on the signature toggle for your email address.

Click into the signature box and paste your signature.

Close Settings — Yahoo saves your signature automatically.
Good to know
- Yahoo's signature box is a simplified rich-text editor, not a raw HTML field — paste the signature itself, not its HTML source, so formatting, links, and images carry over correctly.
- If you send from more than one address in Yahoo Mail, each one gets its own toggle and text box.
- Yahoo silently rescales oversized signature images, which breaks layouts for Outlook recipients in other tools. Ours are uploaded at their exact display size, so this doesn't bite here.
